IEEE Software Call for Articles: Software Development Tools

An upcoming issue of IEEE Software will be discussing Software Development Tools. I’ve been asked by Arthur Ryman, who is one of the guest editors of this issue, to let the community know that they’re accepting article submissions for the issue. Arthur is particularly interested in articles that discuss the utility of modern IDEs vs. “classic” command-line based development (personally—without thinking all that hard—my one word response is “refactoring”).

If you’d like to contribute to the issue, please see the call for articles here.

While you’re considering this, also keep Eclipse Magazin, Eclipse Magazine, and Eclipse Corner in mind if you feel the need to express yourself in prose.
